Flight tickets

Each company can book and buy flight tickets independently. A Travel Agency will be available for those companies needing this service.

Accommodation

Each company can book and buy accommodation independently. We will provide a list of suitable accommodations. A Travel Agency will be available for those companies needing this service.

Transfers

A suitable transfer service will be available (airport/hotel/airport and hotel/airshow/hotel.

Cost (day/person) will be defined as soon as the final number of participants will be defined.

Cost will be calculated based on person/day.

Entrance Ticket(s)

To buy at first day, procedure is easy and quick.

Entrance ticket is 30 Euro (1-day) or 45 Euro (2-days).

 

 

 

POLICIES

A – Confirmation & Payment terms

A1 – Payment shall be done, in Thai Baht currency, in advance, to be eligible for the Business Services.

A2 – Payment shall be done by bank transfer to WHA Industrial Development PLC, in Thailand. Bank transfer charges shall be borne by the participant company.

A3 – Organizers reserve the right to cancel if the registered participants are less than 5 companies or alter the content and timing of the program for reasons beyond its control.

A4 – Costs and terms of participation may vary.

B – Modification and Cancellation

B1 – If you are unable to attend, a substitute delegate is welcome to participate; extra charges may incur.

B2 – Modifications are subject to availabilities; extra charges may incur.

B3 – Cancellations are regrettably not refundable.
